Visual Support Suite licences
Professional
For one named support worker, educator, trainer or allied health professional to use across their own direct caseload.
No team-wide sharing, shared-drive upload, rebranding, resale or transfer to another professional.
Service/Site
For internal use at one service location by up to 20 staff, including printing copies for participants supported there.
Other locations, franchises or related entities need an additional licence.
Multi-Site
For an agreed number of locations, teams or programs under a written organisational licence.
Request a quote. Sites, staff numbers and permitted use are confirmed before supply.
Program Delivery Pack licences
Program packs use Named Facilitator, Single Service/Site and Multi-Site Organisation licences. These are different from the licence options for standalone Visual Support Suites.

Tyneside Sample Pack
The five-piece A$39.99 sample pack has a separate sample-use licence, rather than the full-suite Professional or Service/Site licence. It covers one designated participant or household, with limited purchaser-led demonstration to colleagues at one location.
