Use the private link in your order email
A payment screen on its own is not a download link. Open the private link in the matching order email. Keep that link private. During the current owner-only testing stage, only an authorised invitation and verified test order can receive files.
Has your link expired?
The link has expired, not your permission to use the supplied version. Keep any files already saved. Contact Tyneside with your order reference to request a replacement. We will check the original order and permitted access before a new link is issued.
No email, an incomplete payment or a download error?
Check your Spam folder. If the matching email is missing or the same link still does not work, contact us before trying another payment. A pending bank authorisation does not confirm a completed order.

Include your order reference, the email address used for the order, and a short description of what happened. Do not send card details, API keys, passwords, private download links, diagnoses or sensitive participant information.
