JTS.DIS Pty Ltd trading as Tyneside Disabilities Training collects the contact details and message you choose to submit so Jane can respond to your enquiry. Providing these details is voluntary; without a way to contact you, we may not be able to respond.
Submissions are stored through Netlify Forms and sent to our Google Gmail business mailbox. These service providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
Only send general enquiry information. Do not include health reports, participant records, NDIS numbers or payment details. We can discuss an appropriate way to share any information needed later. This form does not sign you up to marketing.
